Clarehill Contracts was established in County Down, N.Ireland in 1982. Our steady growth is a result of offering our clients in the UK a comprehensive process of professional construction management throughout the project cycle. Our success as a leading company in the design/build sector is a result of building on the firm foundation of good team work.

Projects to date include schools and private residential developments. However in the last 15 years we've concentrated our expertise on commercial projects including nursing homes, warehouses and secure residential units. Our clients to date include several private operators as well as National Health Trusts.
